Arrived all melted together. Presumably left in a hot delivery van. Approached the company for a replacement of about £2 of product on a £35 order and was given short shrift. Wasnt a particularly big or unreasonable ask and most companies would take a £2 hit for good service. Other retailers do replace or refund for melted product so it's certainly not a wholly unreasonable request.
