So we are a new company starting up to build garden rooms - I took the time to drive up to check out there products and see who dreams are - I saw the product and was impressed with what I saw and decided to place a order after some price negotiation - which led to being very stressful in the end as a company we wanted to pay with a credit card and we got told we would have to pay an additional charge for using a credit card (we buy all our material from Travis Perkins and they have never even asked us what card we are paying with - as a business credit card gives us 30 days breathing period to pay for materials also gives us protection on the purchase- after a very unpleasant and rude conversation with John ( owner of dreams ) we decided not to do business then 20mins later I received a call to tell me they had reconsidered the sale and had know decided they would honour the price without and additional chargers. I decided to proceed as the delivery date was attractive but much to my expectations the Monday the 15th may came and no delivery as promised so when I rang I was told it would now be 17th due to bank holidays - so day of delivery arrives and I thought I’d seen and heard it all until I was told I needed to remove the bifold doors from the delivery vehicle myself which I was never made aware of after speaking to the driver I was informed this was so they wasn’t liable for damaging the goods this has got to put the icing on the cake so if I buy a sofa from John Lewis I expect them to unload and deliver and not to pull up outside my house and tell me to get out of the van yourself. The sad thing is the doors are actually very good and the product speaks volumes but the service from dreams is non existent starting at the top right though to the staff on the phones who made me feel that me spending my money with them they was actually doing me a favour so sadly I’ll be taking my money elsewhere in the future

I wouldn’t use this place ever again! The service in there is very poor, taking to many jobs and they never finish the jobs on time. They delayed my Windows for 4 months and the biggest mistake I made was I gave to much money in advance and my advice to a new people who bays windows from there is not paying in advance! The owner( the lady) it was very rud on the phone. Free stress don’t use them.

Giving 1 star is too polite. If I could give 0 I would. I urge anyone to not use this company and spend your money elsewhere. Shocking customer service. Just shocking. 2 years to resolve our problem (creaking doors) and they have now wiped their hands of us so have had to resort to getting another door company to fix. Poor cowboy management (John and Stuart) , rude lying phone staff (Karen). Never call you back, leave you in the lurch for us to chase, promised phone calls never received. I could honestly go on and on but they don’t deserve my time or energy. I implore anyone to go elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
