    Called in last week as had problem with booking for our forthcoming holiday to Turkey.Was met by manager Sam who insisted nothing could be done about it.We we’re worried it could cause a problem on the departure day for our group booking which we were responsible for.Despite me being visibly upset she still insisted nothing could be done.We called in next day and got it sorted within 5 minutes.Not the customer service we expected as we book 3 times a year in store and staff been great in the past.

    Booked our wedding today and what an easy, stress free experience it was. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly as soon as we entered the premises and we were greeted with smiles. Jennifer sat us down and asked us everything we wanted for the day and our holiday, she made us feel really at ease, listened and got really excited for us!! Her customer service skills are amazing and made the process feel like a breeze. She was very insightful about all the destinations we were interested in and even showed us places we didn't know existed, one of which we booked as our dream venue 😍😍 couldn't be more happy!     As customers having bought a holiday with this store because we like face to face interaction we were disappointed after a visit to store to be told we have to go online to apply for visas.The staff on the desk did show us on her screen how to apply but made no attempt to do it for us while we were there,we left wondering why.We are customers of TUI for 40yrs and this is what we miss since our local store was closed down.
