I have called the pharmacy for my prescription and they said they have it and they are open till 11 pm , I said okay I will go and pick up the antibiotics as its really important and urgent just to arrive to them being closed 15 minutes prior .

I needed treatment from the pharmacy after Amazon same day delivery didn’t turn up - I looked on the NHS website to see if any pharmacies were open and was told Drayton was open until 23:00 on Sunday. I tried calling the pharmacy first but there was no answer so I drove there to get what I needed - when I arrived, it was closed with the shutters down. A waste of petrol and a waste of time. Please update your opening hours so this doesn’t happen to somebody else.

After our own surgery messed up my wife's prescription and were less than helpful in resolving it, we were forced to go to 111 for an emergency prescription, again they were pretty woeful too. Thankfully the gent at this pharmacy was extremely polite, accommodating and helpful in getting us sorted through this rather taxing process.
