Ben designed what we can only describe as our vision, it is exactly as we described the 1st time he visited. There was some back and forth to get what we wanted, none of this was a problem and Ben delivered in the timescales he said he would and his, and his team's work was excellent, clear and of a very high standard. Our builder and other subcontractors commented how exact and detailed the plans were, no errors and no omissions right down to the last detail. Ben recommended the structural engineers who also did a great job, even doing some additional work for a change FOC along the way. When we had some issues out of anyone's control, Ben always made himself available to give advice and between him, the builder (Frontline Building Services) and the structural engineers (Carley Daines), everything got sorted and we ended up with the extension we dreamt about. Thank you Ben and team, highly recommend your work to others considering using you. No outside shot because the garden still looks like a bomb site!

We had a poor ground floor layout that restricted living space and Ben helped us to realise a more functional and inspirational home. Ben was able to guide us through the regulations and was very helpful providing advice to overcome some challenges. I contacted Ben after he was recommended to me for a small extension and garage conversion that I had planned. I explained it was my first time at doing anything like this and he was very helpful and made sure I was happy at every stage. He is very professional and clearly has a vast amount of experience on big jobs as well as on small jobs like mine. I contacted Draw plan with an urgent request to create lease plan drawings to work in conjunction with Heads of Terms. I was delighted how fast they responded, we arranged an appointment to site the same day and the next day my plans where emailed. He explained that due to my requirements not being extensive he would be able to respond fast, especially knowing my urgency. The price was also reasonable and not inflated due to my urgent request. I will be using Draw plan again due to the excellent and complete service I received, very rare nowadays.
