Absolutely disgusting service I contacted them about a jump starte I had purchased and that it did not work at first they did not want to know finally after. A few days they agreed to get it collected on Monday nobody came for it I asked why they had not collected it and they said they came to collect it at 13 05 on Monday this is not true I was on my driveway all day changing a clutch on a MX5 I also have 3 cameras on the front of my house and nobody came near my house even my neighbours have checked there cameras so after being lied to by Kevin at draper tool I tried contacting them again now I am just being ignored I would not recommend draper products to anyone they are not made very well and when you complain they just treat you like you don’t exist I can’t believe they think they will get away with this firstly I have now had to take 2 days off work waiting for them to collect this item loosing me £240 so far in lost wages o have also had to cancel a doctors appointment for 10 am today so I could wait for them to collect this is no acceptable from a company this big and I hope this makes customers think twice about purchasing draper items when they can get much better items at a much lower price elsewhere Angry customer Robert Birmingham
