Customer service very bad. I booked to have cesspit empty on 9th May they didn't turn up no phone call to explain why. I phoned Drain Tec the next day was told they would definitely come that day they never turned up again no phone call. I presume they don't want the work. Would love to speak to the Manager or owner.
