    We had a blockage in soil pipe. Draintech came out unblocked drainage but identified additional checks were required. Arranged full survey with camera that clearly showed areas creating blockage and poor drain connection. Arranged for new drainage. Booking team were fantastic. Ian, Luke and Lee worked on replacing drainage for 2 days in awful weather. They never complained they were all brilliant and a credit to Draintech. They were polite, cleaned area after they had finished replacing block paving. We just want to give a massive thank you.

    Draintech were contracted by my landlord to install new drainage for all our household waste as the original drainage had been condemned. After the works were complete it then became apparent that only 2 of the 3 waste exits had been redirected. They also forgot to concrete the hole they created through the foundations of the house for one of the new pipes, along with poor workmanship on the manhole covers and patio. They also didn’t rush to remove their trade waste which was left outside on our driveway for 7 days. After they left despite numerous calls to chase this, I was eventually promised a collection date which was not upheld and collected the following day. We now have the upheaval of having another company here to redirect the 3rd exit and put right the other issues left behind by Draintech. Please think twice before using this company, had I paid for this service I would have been devastated and massively out of pocket.

    I've worked with Draintech for many years through the company I work for which is why I decided to use them for a drainage issue I had at a property I own. Dan from Draintech offices went above and beyond to help me out and keep me well informed and updated throughout the process which went on from Saturday morning through to Monday morning which became very complicated with having to involve the local water authority. I can not fault this company one bit and was really happy with the service they provided from Dan to the engineer attending even through to making payment which was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Draintech for any drainage issues.
