Drainflo were fantastic, Lewis turned the CCTV inspection around in good time along with all written reports and footage needed for me to proceed with buying my new house. I can't recommend the Drainflo team highly enough. Having never needed this service before I originally contacted a competitor. After several phone calls and 2 weeks of waiting for a quote I looked on line and found these guys. within 3 days of the call Lee and Lewis had been out, completed the job and sent my report over and all for a fantastic price.............. I'm still waiting for the call from the other company!!!

Lewis, visited and looked into a job, related to my rainwater drainage. He was extremely polite, very thorough, professional and down to earth. He was extremely helpful at diagnosing the problem and ways of fixing the problem. Very prompt and professional, unfortunately he was fully booked and my job was urgent. Although not completed the job, I felt obliged to leave him the feedback. He also declined to charge me for his urgent visit inspite me suggesting. A gentleman and very professional.

Our garden had the worst case of flooding you could imagine. Water was flowing into the garden and although initially Lewis and his men struggled to lay the pipework, because of the water table, they finally got there. Thankfully they didn't give up and they have given us back our garden. Now drained and lawned. Great bunch of people.
