After trying to get connells who we rent the property from to sort out the sewage that was coming up the drains in our garden all afternoon but with no joy. I simply message DCS got a reply in a few minutes. I then called the on call number I was given and was told a price. I called back after being messed around some more by connells and had the engineer here within half an hour. After clearing sewage waste all day on my own you can't believe how happy I was that they came and fixed it. Even happier was my dog as he could go back in the garden! Thanks. 5 ☆ highly recommend.
