I called and asked if they can fix my saniflow toilet as they claim they can unblock any drain. thy said they may not be able to help. When I asked if they unblocked any drain as they said. Drain surgeon went to to say they can send an engineer out but have to charge call out fee. We as customers knew nothing about drain and how to fix, so we were hopeful when they sent an engineer. Engineer came and immediately said they can't help. While the company knew at the very beginning that they couldn't help but still took customer's money. This is DISHONEST and UNETHICAL as they didn't give us any advice to turn elsewhere yet still send an engineer out. I know that things get difficult these days, but this is not how you took money from other people's pocket.
