Excellent service, on contacting the office about my blocked drain I was emailed over the price for clearing the drain and the date they could come to do it (next day). The nice drain man who sorted it was brilliant, unblocked the clog within 10 minutes of arriving and explained everything to me. I called on a Thursday morning to ask for them to come and look down my drains with CCTV, I was told the office would come back to me as they needed to speak to the crew on the road about their availability. No one called me back. Called them again on the Friday asking whether they had a time and date, and was told they hadn't heard back from the crew yet. Lady in office couldn't have sounded less interested, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Terrible customer service and poor business practice not pursuing incoming work. Would not recommend. Went to MJ Abbott, they came back to me immediately and came round two days later, were cheaper, and did a great job. Will go back there every time now...
