Could not wait any longer for Southern Water to fix our blocked drain so called Doug. He is a super friendly pro and came out pretty promptly with all the big toys like cameras and a jet wash. He spent 2 hours sorting our problem out in the wind and rain actually disappearing down the main manhole at one point to unblock by hand!😵He gave expert advice and would not hesitate to recommend him👏👏👏.

I could not recommend this company any more highly! called for help with blocked drain at noon after I foolishly tried to unblock myself and made it worse by losing the rods in the drain as well. they arrived within 4 hours retrieved my rods and then cleared the original blockage all within about 1 hour. Many many thanks lads I will now bin my DIY gear and just phone you next time.
