Excellent service. Drain Doctors phoned ahead to say Dan would be arriving and the approximate time. He got straight to work with CCTV to identify the blockage and hunt down the drain covers for inspection hatches we didn't know existed. Problem solved and he spent extra time describing future remedial actions to stop future blockages. Thank you.

We can't praise Drain Doctor enough! We developed a rodent problem and were recommended Drain Doctor by a pest control contractor, and they acted swiftly and efficiently. Following a camera survey they fitted rat blockers and also formed benching to manhole in our conservatory. Dan visited the property 3 times and was always courteous, tidy and explained the drain layout in layman terms where necessary! We were kept informed of their arrival time and if they were running late, we received a courtesy call to advise. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or using again for any future drainage/plumbing needs.
