Came home today to find out my sister had payed 270 pound for a pipe to be replaced in her bathroom . She was told by the plumber that the pipe was a really expensive part and that's why it cost so much. Having looked on line the part is about 4 pound and he was there about 15 minutes. What a JOKE don't use lease rip-off merchant's. They are just out to take advantage of people

AMAZING Thank-you Matty, here within 40 minutes to see every home owners nightmare - grey water pouring out the drains and a thick crust of 💩floating just under the inspection cover. I’d tried clearing it myself with rods I’d bought from Screwfix, but sometimes you have to get the professionals in. He is such a nice fella, friendly, disarming and a dab hand with his van full of drain fixing magic. All done, cleared, inspected with cameras and sorted within an hour. Cost today, March ‘23 was £280’ish - that’s not outrageous at all! I had Dyno-rod here 20 years ago for a similar issue and it cost way more back then. This team also can do a ‘clean me pipes’ service where they’ll blast all the fat bergs off your pipe runs, again, for about £280 - worth doing every few years I’d guess. I can’t recommend Drain Doctor enough though - and if Matty turns up, you’ve got an experienced engineer on the job.
