I had an overflowing and blocking outdoor drain. I had a limited window where I could have someone out to help me with it and ‘blocked drains Andover’ were able to fit me in. The good: 1. Came quickly and unblocked drain! Yay! 2. Nice and polite staff The bad: 1. They’re not actually called ‘blocked drains Andover’. They’re ‘drain division’. The website is misleading about that and I probably wouldn’t have called them if I’d known. 2. WARNING: Their business practices are very shady. They’re very ‘upfront’ about their charges (which is good) but then they do this thing where they say it’s a basic charge of around £4x per half hour. Then if you need jetting it’s another £5x per half hour. Then if it’s a 2 man job it’s more per half hour. And obviously cameras etc are on top of all that. The problem is they show up with two guys and immediately say ‘it’s a two person job’ and who doesn’t need the jet so you end up with all the costs. So it ends up being £300+ for an hour. I’d be surprised if they ever charge for less than an hour. They also upsell. But are nice enough when you say no. Honestly I’m really grateful they were able to sort me out but I do wish I’d managed to find a way to use a more trusted local company as I felt slightly stupid for not realising what they were up to quicker than I did. Perhaps this review will help the next person.

My fiance and I wanted to send a massive thank you to Will and Ash for their help and support this past week with sorting our drain in the garden. The guys were so friendly, knowledgeable, the equipment they had was amazing, to actually see the camera footage 1st hand, was amazing, they were also very understanding and werent pushy with getting the most work out of us, but gave us the facts and we made the decisions. We are selling our house and this could have been an issue and so thankful you were able to act so quickly. Entirely grateful. Will highly recommend.

I had ongoing issues with bad smells. I called Drain Division who were very helpful and was able to send someone out to me the same day! The engineer Paul was great, he flushed through the system and checked all of the pipework was ok and managed to sort out the issue... No more bad smells!! Great service, good price, would highly recommend!

We required a 4m sewer re-line as we were getting rats in the property. Firstly, I would like to thank Angieu for sorting the visit out so quickly and efficiently, next day booking, couldnt ask for more. I would also like to commend Alex the engineer. Alex was very professional, Knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything that he was doing step by step. Jobs like this can be daunting but he put our minds at ease totally. We were totally let down by drain division. We rang Wednesday am and they said they would be out that day. They didn’t come. They said they would be out Thursday, they didn’t come. 19:00 Thursday they said they cant come and the person who was supposidly coming was now off on holiday so find someone else to unblock your kitchen sink. We are now left on a long bank holiday weekend. Friday and Monday bank holidays with the choice of paying double the normal rates as its a bank holiday or having a blocked sink. Thanks a lot. Following up to your response below i called you on the Thursday at 13:00 and you said you fere still coming.Then you emailed me at 19:00 saying you wernt coming.
