Very bad experience, never again. I forgot my charger at room, later I called them but they told me it’s wrong number then I sent an email but I didn’t got a reply from them. Upon all of these, they took 25 pounds from me for security, but till now I didn’t got my money back.

pictures to show the hygiene levels in the bathroom was awful. toe nail on the floor as we had just arrived, mould around the bath and grime all around the toilet. breakfast the next morning was just as bad, the food trays were empty for a long time, the chef appeared in scruffy clothing and no uniform, and the bread had mould on it whi h I'm glad I noticed before I ate. when I informed a member of staff what I'd noticed they offered to go to the shop to get some more bread as there wasn't any in their kitchen. we left after this as it was a all round not good experience. I have tried to email the company for over a month now on numerous emails and phone numbers but no answers at all.

Rooms: The room wasn't clean, there was a vitamin tablet on the floor, no hand soap in the bathroom, beard trimmings from the previous occupant and the toilet was pebbledashed. The bathroom also stank of smoke. The bed was awful, one side of it had no support, completely worn out and sagging in the middle.

Attractive riverside location and would be a lovely hotel if not so obviously run on a shoestring. Clearly understaffed (although staff tried very hard to deliver on service despite this) and in need of some refurbishment. Having said all the above the beds were very comfortable, there were some cosy public areas in which to relax and unwind and the staff were friendly. Food & drinks: We were warned, by another guest, that the food was bad but although breakfast lacked variety it was tasty and well cooked.
