My sister had used this company for a taxi to collect her and 3 others from her daughters wedding venue on Sunday morning at 1am. There were also another 4 people who were waiting on a taxi from Dragon. The cars didn't show. They were told that they would have to wait for one to become available! My sister had explained that both cars had been pre booked and paid for. Customer service was disgusting, they weren't helpful at all and sometimes putting the phone down on my sister or whoever phoned. Why I am writing this is because I was called out of bed by my sister to come collect all 8 of them because they were left stranded and freezing cold! Will definitely NOT recommend this company! In fact it will be the complete opposite. Also I forgot to add that there was no refund given. There was an online form completed to they waiting to see what happens with that.

I booked an early morning taxi (1am) from a wedding, two taxis were booked separately and in different names, and both prepaid. There were 8 people in total. The other group we were with rang at 1.05 to ask where the taxi was and was told they had found his booking but they had no taxis and would have to wait another hour to be picked up. Then he asked about my taxi ( also prepaid) and they said they had no record of my booking, when I rang them myself to ask about my taxi they told me the same but also said they had no record of my phone number, I said that they had sent me a txt message that I had to use to pay for the taxi and they hung up on me, we had to get my sister out of bed at 2 am to make two trips to take us all home. The booking cost me £25.05 and I am having trouble getting a refund. Poor customer service all round, if I didn’t have to press on a star to write a review they wouldn’t have had any.

Absolutely awful service, me and group of friends not from the area visited for a wedding. Pre booked and paid for the taxi to pick us up at 1am, 1am came and no one was there called up the people for them to tell us they don’t have any availability and we will have to wait over an hour. They never showed up luckily we managed to get a lift with someone else otherwise we would have be stranded in the cold and dark all night. And when we call to ask for a refund was told they’ll cancel the taxi and it should be refunded into our account it still has not and then when we called again the next day they said we needed to fill in an online form which cannot be found on their website we will be claiming the payment with our bank as fraud as this company is an absolute con artist would not recommend and advice anyone else not to use them Awful company, awful staff, awful all together.
