Called a taxi a couple of days ago. It was a blue BMW but the driver was amazing!! Helped us with our shopping (my mum is not able to carry it) and extremely polite. 11/10 these guys know what they are doing

Driver had attitude problems, just awful. However, the people I spoke to on the phone were helpful. I am not from Wales so not aware of the cash culture around here, assumed I could pay for my journey by card and the attitude by the driver was disgraceful I believe his code NP12, picked me up from Priory Hotel around 10.50am today.

Very dissapoitned. We prebooked a taxi from newport station to the premier inn with the taxi NP20 4AX, which turned up 20 mins early (we were still on train) and received texts and phone calls saying taxi had arrived. They quoted us £10.60 on the phone with the booking. We arrive to taxi 2 minutes late, and then we were told £12.90. We said we were quoted a different price that is why we had booked the taxi - taxi driver told it was an extra 35p extra per minute late - maths doesn’t work out so I assume they just add whatever charge they want?
