Trustpilot gives a better reflection Reviews on here must be own advertising. Cwmbran areas Despicable service even though controller dealt with is polite. Does not give clear instruction to drivers re pick-up and location. Turn up late when ordered well in advance, Drivers do not know where they are going Do not know the routes unless paying customer gives them postcodes. Over priced!!!! No meters or set fares kept to Most of the drivers and the company need operators licenses revoked. **Note the drivers do not display identity badges, not the ones I dealt with. These should be clearly visible on display for customer viewing at all times. Drivers and callers can barely speak a word of English or understand place names, of where they are, and going to. Fingers in pies at local authority level gave this shabby outfit the greenlight to expand! If relying to be somewhere on time don't risk it! Go elsewhere.
