while the staff were really friendly and welcoming, i wouldn't recommend for piercings unfortunately. came here to get my snakebites pierced only for one of them to be placed extremely low which lead to the jewelry rubbing on my teeth and gums. the piercer offered to repierce, and when he did the piercing was done too high and could be seen coming through the top of my lip. i was offered another repiercing but declined. the piercer did not use clamps and the jewelry used does not accommodate for any swelling. i have to go to a new studio to get my piercing done for the third time.

Absolutely brilliant staff, they are like family. I've hade a few piercings done, and my septum piercing was done a little bit too low for my liking. Offered to repierce it free of charge, taken it out for it to be done in next couple of days. All staff are very approachable. Any problems or questions, they are more than willing and happy to help. Definitely the most comfortable tattoo studio I've been to in a long time. Very relaxed, and it's always a pleasure having work done at Dragon.
