The school is like a family with one of the most experience and the best master in this filed. The skills master charles posses and the patient he has is nothing one has ever seen. If one wishes to improve their skills technique and fighting ability for competition and push thee boundaries to win major tournaments, then this is the school for you. Amazing club with a great atmosphere, everybody is nice and respectful, which makes training fun! Master Charles is a great instructor, kind and patient. Every level and background are welcome and you don't need to be a Westminster university student to train here. I started in my mid twenties with 0 taekwondo experience, and I used to hate any kind of sport (high school trauma of always being picked last...) But after the first lesson kicking pads I was hooked! I have now been training for 15 years and I am a proud black belt. As a woman, I find that taekwondo helped me a lot to build confidence, physically but also mentally. It's an amazing work out to release stress and tension, and the lessons are very well structured and diverse with warm up, pads exercises, patterns, controlled sparring, self defense, cool down. The class breaks up in groups to ensure every levels gets appropriate training and ensure evolution. I cannot recommend this club enough, come and join the great Dragons!
