Absolutely a waste of effort dealing with their customer service. As Dragonpass signed a new contract with Scotiabank (they stopped working with priority pass). I have no choice but to escalate to consumer affairs and the ombudsman at Scotia to voice my concerns. I know in Toronto alone there are many others that share the same sentiment.

One of the worst Lounge provider's, very bad and worst customer service, the terms and conditions are adjustable according to interpretation of the Lounges supervisor, when you email customer service, just apologize for the inconvenience with no action nor any compensation, waste of money.
