I needed a passport delivered from South Wales to Manchester urgently. I was able to speak to Dragon personally and immediately and arrangements were made to pick up form my house and details were given for the time and place for the drop off. I was worried about handing over payment and a passport (I didn't ask for a receipt) but the passport arrived at its destination on time and I received text confirmation from Dragon when it arrived. Very pleased and they'll beat a 'national' firm hands down due to good old fashioned service.
