Ordered here last night 26.03.23 and was missing chips from my chicken, chips, mushroom and gravy. Also go all chicken balls instead of mixed chicken and prawns. Was rather disappointed as the food was Luke warm Use to order from here all the time till they changed hands. Don't know why but every so often i order from here but they always disappoint. Such a shame as there is no other Chinese locally that does a banging bbq sauce.

Took over an hour and a half for food to arrive after calling up twice, didn’t get the order we asked for. Man on the phone was disgustingly rude. Could hear others in the background swearing and slagging off my other half. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Well this place used to be amazing. Unfortunately everything we brought went in the bin. No one liked it. Coca Cola wings…. Traditional Chinese Lucky I had steaks in the fridge.

I have used dragon chef for over 20 years and loved their food. I ordered food new years eve and it was disgusting. Apparently its under new ownership. I will never use them again

Unfortunately it took 2 hours for our food to be delivered! When it arrived it was cold and, to be honest, not nice at all. We called to complain and have been promised that someone will be dropping of £20 by way of a good gesture… we’ll see if we get it. Sad to say but we definitely won’t be ordering from here again! 😢

Such a shame. Food has always been very nice. My food was undercooked and my order was wrong. By time I called them They had closed. What a waste of money and reputation is sadly not what it used to be.
