I first used Dr Chan over ten years ago, and I recently visited him again as i felt my teeth could do with a brightening. I would only recommend Dr Chan for teeth whitening as I have never experienced any sensitivity or any problems with my teeth. The first treatment I had, lasted over ten years and for that reason alone he's the best! Dr Chan pays attention to detail and his standard of work is exceptionally high, Dr Chan whitens your teeth and looks after your teeth and gums at the same time! what's not to love, thank you Dr Chan.

I tried teeth whitening like zoom at my Dentist and bought online teeth whitening home kits but did nothing and my gums became sensitive, painful and wasted lot of time and money. In 2010 I read on a magazine about celebrities and their teeth whitening secrtets and it was at the time all about "Cheryl Cole" on the X Factor and they leaked the place she and her bandmate had their theeth whitened So I went to London and met with Dr Wyman Chan. I could see his proud work on the wall with all these celebrities photographed with him. I explained to him my biggest issue was the top front tooth. It was discoloured and of course the years of tea & coffee and an antibiotic I took on and off that affected my teeth. The result was instant and lasted many many years. It was time now I revisit his clinic. Dr Wayman Chan is very busy so I was on a waiting list. (probably busy whitening celebrities teeth) Got my phone call few weeks ago and it was my turn to get my celebrity smile. At his clinic I was shocked and pleased to see that he had kept my details after 13 years and showed me how my teeth were back in 2010 before and after the treatment. My issue today was again the single discoloured tooth (top front) and teas and coffees that stained my teeth. Today I had the British treatment same as I did back in 2010. all the process was explained clearly. After 45 minutes I had a good result. I was then given my home kit with demonstration and full explanation of the home treatment. This will need to be carried on for the next 2 weeks so the discoloured top tooth will be the same as the other teeth. Looking at the mirror I am please so far. I can not wait to see the final result. Dr Wyman Chan is going to review the result in 2 weeks as he wants to make sure the discoloured tooth matches the other theeth. These show how professional and dedicated to his job he is. He likes perfection. So if you are thinking of having your teeth whitened don't waste your money and time with Zoom or thoses online whiteningkits. Go and see Dr Wyman Chan he is honestly the best. The result will last for years.

While the initial treatment yielded good results, it is impossible to purchase whitening gel as a refresh for the whitening kit - I have emailed, called and enquired through the website multiple times over the past several months and never received a call-back as promised. Had to purchase whitening gel elsewhere.

Dr Wyman Chan and his staff have been delightful. My daughter and I were greeted warmly and the service wonderful. Dr Wyman Chan was attentive and explained everything so nicely. I was surprised at how many different processes he went through, so felt that he was thorough and wanted to provide the best service. He guaranteed at least 8 shades whiter but I ended up at around 10 shades and with the take home pack this should actually improve further, so I am delighted with the results. I have a follow up consultation in three weeks, so plan to review the final results. My daughter also attended and her case is more complex due to white stains on her teeth due to birth (we call them milk stains), he has offered to treat her in a none invasive way, as other dentists have only offered invasive treatment,which is amazing. She will also update and review how this goes but I know we were both very impressed with everything. Thank you Dr Chan and team for such a wonderful experience. Addition: Came back to see Dr Chan after three week from my treatment for a check up. I must say I have been really pleased with the results. Dr Chan asked if I was happy with the results or if I wanted to go whiter . He kindly checked how I was using the at home kit and I realised I wasn’t quite doing everything correctly, so he made sure I was confident in the at home process. He gave me extra gel for a further two weeks at home treatment and a further consultation has been agreed. I can’t recommend Dr Cham enough.

i have white stains on my teeth due to lack of calcium and i have tried to get teeth whitening multiple times and was always told i can only have it through intrusive methods such as shaving down my teeth. After going to Dr Chan, he has been able to whiten my teeth without any pain or intrusive methods. I am so happy and thankful for him as the staining was always something I was insecure about. He has advised it will take around 6 months so i will add some before and after photos when the treatment is complete. Highly recommend him to everyone, especially those with the same issues as me!
