If I could give more stars I would. Dr Anu Wake is very efficient and an expert in her field. After many years of suffering from a bloated stomach due to IBS. I was recommended to do only an 8 day Ayurvedic diet to cleanse my system along with some Ayurvedic medicines and yoga exercises. I am now cured and cannot thank Dr Anu enough.

I am 64 years old. I am Teacher of Maths. I have been suffering from migraines for more than 20 years. Our GP prescribed only painkillers and propranolol as prophylaxis. However, it didn't help much. I went to Dr. Wake's clinic on Hammersmith in spring 2021. The clinic has a very good atmosphere, everything is very simple and beautiful. Dr. Anu Wake listened to my complaints and did almost nothing like ordinary doctors - no blood tests, etc. During the reception, I felt calm and relaxed. It was very comfortable to be in this Ayurveda clinic. I was prescribed capsules and a treatment regimen. The result did not appear immediately, but a week later. And after another 2 months, I felt that migraine attacks became less frequent and also less painful. My appetite and mood have also improved. Currently, I have been in the field of view of this clinic for last 2 years and every 2-4 months I apply to Dr. Wakde for appointment. I feel much better. I felt real help and my health improved, my lifestyle became better. My wife and daughter also applied to Dr. Wakde. They also feel significant relief and health benefits. Dr Wakde's and team are very friendly and the listened to complained and also asked questions of the situations I brought for my visit. Dr Wakde did some clinical checks and ensure and re assured me it will be okay and since I left his clinic in Hammersmith London I have been feeling okay and am able to wash myself, groom, eat, and do some writing as am doing now.
