You guys NEVER answer the phone and the reason for that is because you just stand around talking and having tea breaks. Everytime I've turned up for appointments ive noticed it. Phone ringing and ringing but no answer. I have been ringing everyday. Was even in the que for 3 hours last night just for the phone to be hung up! Impossible. Shouldn't be open if you can't be bothered to pick the phone up. Been like this for years now!!

Absolute joke thy tried to deny my newborn registration there and to get an appoinment is like playing heads or tails been trying to get an appoinment to see the dr for a month and all i keep gwtting is phone call appt. I dnt care how good a dr u are u cannot diagnose anyone over the phone esp not a baby

Absolutliy disgusted with the lack of care cannot get an appointment always get told to ring back at 8 in the morning asked if I could get a prescription they told me we don't do it over the phone just came from hospital asked if I could have form for blood tests they tell me I have to see a doctor I said I have at the hospital then they say you have to see our doctor so ring back tomorrow and our doctor will decide whether you need blood test , since Dr gul left who was a very good doctor I then had to go west Rd and they are a very big disappointment you can not get an appointment the receptionist ore a complete joke not really interested your trying to explain and they talk over you and some seem to think that they are doctors I don't believe they even deserve one star the surgery is going to pot and blaming everything on covid it's getting boring now so when covid has gone what you going to blame the bad service on .

Just got off the phone with the receptionist rudest ever yes I picked up pain medication 2 days ago bit I been in hospital. So she says to me taking all your meds would put you in hospital. How dare you I stick to my proper dosages thank you and the tone was disgusting I didn't even get an explanation. As to why the hostility towards me this receptionist should not be able to treat people this way. She should be sacked for this reprehensible behaviour towards someone clearly crying out for help. You say I am seeking drugs but I refused the morphine the hospital tried to give me. Therefore this is not only victimisation but also stereotyping. I would like an apology from this woman absolutely disgraceful not a happy bunny

4 weeks ago i had bloods and xray done, for past 2 weeks i have been ringing and on hold roughly 20/30mins a day without no awnser. Surgery is turning into a shambles, all i want is my results. Hopefully nothing wrong, but it's absolutely disgusting that i can't get through and no-one has contacted me. Im driving down there to speak face to face with the reception, which is unacceptable with covid around. Way this surgery has been run for last few years is just embarrassing, no patients are properly looked after. 30 years i have been part of this surgery, under dr gul it was well run machine. After I have had my results, i will be moving surgerys, as i am that fed up of the way the Surgery is run. I would recommend anyone to stay way clear of this clinic.
