Very difficult to get an appointment..long queue on the phone and when someone answers the call suddenly drops so you have to call again and start at the back of the queue..service is really appaling!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GP SURGERY..definitely going to transfer to another surgery!

Rapidly going or should I say gone down hill been with this surgery since I was a child back when it was Dr Denham brilliant practice back then but now awful and as for the reception staff they could do with learning some people skills they talk about being courteous and polite well just to let you know that is supposed to work both ways what a dreadful practice I'm sorry to say because there are some good doctors there well done to those few who actually do care.
