I have been with the practice for over ten years. I would give 5 stars to the doctors and nurses. But not one star to the reception staff. This is not a recent issue but was the case well before the pandemic. There is no need to be rude or obnoxious. Like clockwork they never seem to disappointment. They need retraining.

The worst experience from the receptionist Ramesh who basically told me I do not have a health issue after I called to get an emergency appointment for a recurring issue. Very very rude and should not have a job dealing with people.

I’ve been trying to register as a new patient, the email address to send the forms bounces back saying their mailbox is full. No one answers the phone, it just rings until someone cuts it off. Scary to think once I am signed up (if that is even possible) how on earth do you contact someone to book an appointment?!?
