    I would advise against using this clinic as I have cancelled within the 48 hour period and am still waiting for a refund as they mentioned I am entitled to on their website. Initially they did not cancel my appointment as i requested so had to call again to confirm they did. Afterwards the first person i spoke to said it would take a week to get my money back and after a week i received no refund and then another person told me it would take up to a month for them to process my refund and give me my money back whereas they took my deposit money instantly. I have used other clinics and the deposit gets sent back within 3-7 days so I would advise staying away and using another clinic if you do end up having to cancel an appointment as they are quick to take your money however painfully slow or dont give you the correct information if you wish to get your money back Customer service and receptionists over the phone are also rude and unhelpful. Go elsewhere

    I had severely hooded upper eyelids and didn’t want to go down the surgery route as I saw couple of my friends who had it, but still had some skin left and they were asymmetrical, so that scared me! I heard about Dr Wakil's new procedure with the plasma light and came for consultation. He was a true legend in every aspect. He gave me a very comprehensive consultation and went through the whole process. He has also shown me lots of photos and videos, and I decided to go ahead. I couldn’t be happier with the results. It is just outstanding and it has taken years off me! I can now see my eyelids for the first time in years and can put on makeup. My friends are astonished as they knew I didn’t go for surgery.
