Dr Stavy has been really good at getting the necessary testing done. She has a kind, gentle and compassionate approach. The only thing that I would suggest needs improving is the long response times via email when going through admin. Sometimes I have had to chase things up by calling or double or triple messaging which can feel quite stressful. As it is a private service I do expect things to happen in a more streamlined way but it is hard getting through to someone sometimes :(
