Service here is 1/10. They don't answer the phone, dissuade you from appointments, tell you to call back at diff times. Have just registered and I'm already thinking of switching again. Save yourself the hassle and register elsewhere. Update: service is pretty good, receptionists still ask too many questions about what's wrong with you, but it has definitely improved.

This Medical Practitioner used to be outstanding, however now is not offering any acceptable services. If you have pain, they are offering you antibiotics without any check up. They are offering advice over the phone for all medical conditions. They are functioning like a call centre. Moreover I was waiting for my little boy appointment for 1 hour and 5 minutes. It is a shame!

This GP is terrible, used to be ok, i've been with Dr Sharma for 38 years now, unfortunately the service does function like a call centre now, as others have mentioned. I have a serious lifelong heart condition, and have been mistreated by the NHS, including Whipps Cross and Dr Sharma's surgery. The receptionists don't ever answer the calls, and if ever they do, they refuse to schedule appointments, instead these receptionists try to fill the role of a Dr, and refuse you appointment, and instead ask stupid questions and suggest for you to see a Chemist. Excuse me, but a Chemist/Pharmacist job is to sell medicine, not diagnose and treat, or prescribe medications - this is a Dr's. job! As a result of this, i've developed full blown depression and anxiety. I'm going to take legal action against the pathetic, irresponsible, incompetent individuals, including these receptionists, and nurses/Dr's, i've dealt with at Whipps Cross and this surgery! I don't know where all my taxpaper money has been going all these years.

This surgery is incredibly efficient. The team has repeatedly gone out of their way to offer us great service - I really couldn’t ask for more!

Worst GP ever. The receptionists are the worst and the major obstacle. If I call for an appointment they ask me if I went to the pharmacy, what medication I’m taking for that, what pharmacist said, etc… a number of questions as if they are doctors and take responsibility for your health. I’ve got a serious infection in the eye… in time this could cause me blindness if not treated, and I was misdiagnosed by the GP and the receptionist was about to send me elsewhere. My daughter and I also supposed to have my 6-8 weeks appointment and if I don’t talk to the GP about the whole situation they wouldn’t book it. I was finally booked and the GP measured baby’s head which was out of the growth curve and he said everything was ok! When I make E-consultations they wouldn’t hand them to the doctor. Please DO NOT register here… the doctors are the receptionists here not Sharma and clearly the “doctors” here don’t know anything.

This is the worst GP service I have ever encountered. The GP's literally speak to you as though your stupid and during lockdown/Covid, if you happen to miraculously get an appointment, sometimes they don't bother calling you and then pretend they have!! They are toxic and if you can get to any other surgery locally, for your health and wellbeing I urge you do so.
