Very poorly run - BLAME THE DOCTORS - they are responsible for how their surgeries are run. I bet the receptionist have not even had appropriate training on how to communicate with people - yes, they can be rude, but this is a result of frustrated patients trying to see a doctor AND them being OVERWORKED. DOCTORS ARE TO BLAME FOR HOW A SURGERY IS RUN.

The doctors themselves are great. If you ever get to see them. Receptionists will not let you get through, do not do what's required and it doesn't matter how much you try and talk to them and explain, simple things become so tiresome and frustrating that you'll end up leaving the practice. This surgery has been long plagued with power hungry receptionists and although some of them are good, the challenge is just not worth it. Simple mistakes and errors that are passed on and ignored. Things that should just not happen.

Lucum doctors are excellent I have been with the practice for almost ten years the standard has deteriorated drastically since the surgery has a change of receptionist,the receptionist are rude no people skills the do not answer the phone, I have been ringing for2 days spending hours on the phone in potion 4 in the queue, I think they've done something to the phone as I stood at reception ringing the phone did not hear the phone ring or anything, I gave a star because of the Doctors.

Customer service is very poor! They don't know how to speak nicely to service users at all... and most of the nurses and doctors are unprofessional! The receptionists are very rude and arrogant! they will give appointments to their own people, and if you're white or black... it's hard for you to get one. This place needs to be closed!! They don't know what they are doing at all... The doctors and nurses depends on Google search twww I don't know which universities they qualified from! It's a shame! 🙄
