I went in for removal of dermatofibroma on arm. I was really nervous about booking in, but honestly have to say I am so glad I did. Dr Sagoo and the staff were very pleasant. Dr Sagoo made me feel comfortable and gave me options without forcing any surgery or treatment. Aftercare was very good too. I would definitely recommend and I will surely be going again. My experience with dr sagoo has been very positive. I Came for a punch excision procedure on my face which I was very hesitant about. I did my research and found dr sagoo in the midlands who offered this procedure at a great price. I went ahead and today after removing the stitches I can confidently say this dr knows what he’s doing. This is life changing for someone like me who has always been conscious about the scars on my face. So looking at it now it’s given me so much confidence about the future. The surgery made me wait about 15 minutes before I was seen and I was not informed of the waiting time – yet if I had come late I wouldn’t have been seen. I have a scar on my ear which Dr Sagoo said I would be better off if he referred me. He said they would get back to me within the next couple of days. 3 Weeks passed and I still heard nothing. I called 3 times, as well as contacted them via their website. I received a call from a lady who said Dr Sagoo would get back to me… shock - he NEVER did! Very unprofessional – don’t have a business if you can’t run one!

I definitely would not recommend this doctor and place! I have been there for laser hair treatment on my face, they left scars and burn on my face and they fooled me by telling me that it could be because of stress and chilly food! It is a kind of bad joke! I still have the scars but i go to another clinic to fix them.

have been treated by Dr Sagoo for the last 9 years and I have read a negative review about his laser experience. I feel I need to talk about my experiences having had several laser treatments at the clinic. Dr Sagoo I can say is truly a professional and considered a national a laser expert. He was recommended to my by by dermatologist at the hospital and my GP as my condition cannot be treated on the NHS. Infact I was the 3000th patient Dr Sagoo has treated in his 15 years as a cosmetic laser specialist. I have researched the clinic and Dr Sagoo and noted that he is registered and inspected the Care Quality Commission and is also registered with British Association of Cosmetic doctors and a GP. A lot of other clinics are not even regulated by the CQC. I infact know and have spoken to other people who have had cosmetic treatments at the clinic and have been delighted with the results. I have suffered facial scars from an injury many years ago which has greatly affected my confidence. Dr Sagoo was very sympathetic understanding and thorough in his assessment and informed me that I would need several laser C02 resurfacing treatments to improve my skin. After 10 laser treatments over a 15 month period my facial scars have dramatically improved and are hardly visible at all . My skin has looked better than before and I feel more confident than I ever did. I continue to have regular skin treatments as the clinic provides such a wide range more than any other in the Midlands I have come across. It is fantastic doctors like Dr Sagoo we need that we can turn to if there is a problem with our skin that is affecting our confidence and there are only a few nationally that are truly amazing in their approach and passion to their skill. The clinic is small and the staff are very friendly and I have always been made to feel welcome and never pressurized . I would advise anyone considering cosmetic treatments to see Dr Sagoo first as his knowledge is vast and he is well experienced to and to make their own mind up. I have never looked back since ......thank you so much Dr Sagoo
