I've been a paitent here for about 5 years now and I'm getting so fed up with their treatment. Not only did the doctor huff and puff down the phone and didn't want to see my daughter, he later disgonsed her with ashtma. I handed in my perscription over a week ago, the receptionist told me he signed it the day I handed it in, and 9 days later, he still hasn't sent it to the pharmacy. It's got worse over the years. IF you can even get an appointment because they're always gone within the first 10 minutes of opening, which I don't think it true. I've also seen my doctor leave the surgery at 10am on days and not return. He's hardly even there.

The Doctors are so lovely and helpful, real shame that one cannot get through. I have been calling for the past week and phone still engaged. After 100 redial attemps called different times/afternoon only to be hit by answer machine saying office closed and time was only 4.30pm. Ridiculous you can never get through and when you do you're told "you should have called at 8am". Need to either change their system or high someone for the phones.

This morning I started ringing at 8.10. Now 8.45. Still engaged. Can't see how this is as I have rung constantly. The last 2 appointments I have made with a doctor I have seen a nurse or a pharmacist. I have no problem with this but actually needed to see a doctor. To top it all the last time I tried to see a Dr I was told he was working from home but would ring me.I got the call. it came from a nurse. When I enquired where the Dr, I was told he was busy on the phone.Obv iosly was at the practice. She told me she would have a word with him.Yep you know She called me back.Unbeleivble. Hopefully changing surgeries.

Doctors themselves are lovely. Just the receptionist is quite rude and thinks she knows it all. She is very condescending and acts like shes the only authority in the place. She makes everything more difficult than it needs to be. Ive literally rang over 200 times and still not got through. Then when you do get through you have to deal with her. Im so happy Im moving surgeries. Suprised she still has a job looking at the reviews as Im clearly not the only one.

Never able to get an appointment. I've been calling since 8am this morning and just reached them after 60 times i tried. Been told that the line was off and some people only reach them after they call 300 times (like is this something I should have received as a reply instead of apologizing for my inconvenience?? ) and should call tomorrow morning. Ridiculous. Don't reccomended this GP, every other time I called I was never seen and never met my actual GP or got an appointment.

The Doctors are so lovely and helpful, real shame that the receptionists, 1 in particular are so rude. You can never get through and when you do you're told "you should have called at 8am". You get spoken down to all if the time and treated like you are some inconvenience. I have spoken to the doctor to make a complaint but judging by the rest of the reviews they are not prepared to address this.

Good Dr's and Nurses. I've never really had to go for myself. Mainly for my children. I find getting an appointment really hard but when I do have one the drs are great and fast as resolving issues. When I'm there the receptionists are lovely but over the phone the can come across quite rude. I have felt talked down to a few times over the phone which isn't very nice.
