Once you get to see the doctors they are professional, competent and helpful however the administration and management of this practice is shocking. 1. Need to have professional receptionist/call handlers (staff who are not rude) - Receptionist have suddenly become a medical experts and judgmental 2. Restore online and Patient access for booking etc.

So today my wife got refused a urine sample bottle, just because the GP/ doctor hadn’t requested a sample, but the hospital did. The pharmacy next door advised her to collect a free one from the surgery and when she asked and showed a slip from Sandwell hospital they stated they couldn’t give her one! Absolutely unbelievable and ridiculous, when she went back to the pharmacy to tell they they all agreed how silly and petty this was! Considering the NHS is all under one system absolute hypocrisy!

Called today for an appointment. Receptionist said that the GP is only doing telephone appointments to which I replied was OK. Asked me to hold. When she returned she then asked what it was about, I responded and she then said that the earliest appointment would be the 20th August.! Really..?? WTH

Absolute joke of a practice. Call at 8am to book an appointment and you get a message that too many people are in the queue and to call back later. Their app has no appointments available. Impossible to get an appointment at all. Can't wait until we move and can change surgeries.
