Had an appointment with the practice physio Qaiser Chishty for a back problem. Got my appointment the same day, and what a lovely man he is, smiling and reassuring. This man has healing hands!! I have been registered at this practice for the past 21 years and have seen many doctors and receptionists come and go. Not once have I met with any unprofessionalism or rudeness, and as the first point of call, every receptionist has been both polite and helpful each time I have called the surgery. The receptionist's at the surgery are all lovely. What i love about this surgery is that you can ring between 8 am and 11am to get a call back from the doctor the same day!
