This doctor surgery is the worst surgery possible . Ring In at 8:58am you have to call back at 9am they take forever to answer the phone . So you’re held in a queue to get an appointment . Was waiting on results to come back from these guys made me wait 3 months for the doctor to call me and say sorry what results then I had to chase up the hospital as the member of staff who I spoke to said I must . Had to get it resent via email as they lost the post which took a further 3 weeks to be analysed rang in told 2 weeks for an appointment which also made it even longer . And now finally I’m just gonna change doctors no help what so ever and still unable to receive a copy of these results . The surgery staff are rude over the phone .
