How quickly can I get an appointment with a medical professional?

We strive to provide prompt and efficient care to our patients. Depending on availability, we can often schedule appointments within a few days. However, wait times may vary depending on the specific service and provider needed. We encourage patients to contact our office to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

I suffer with mental health problems and I could not be happy that something like this exists. It's so much easier for me to get an appointment and to attend them even when my mental health is bad, when I was registered to a regular GP there was long wait times and I hated having to commute and then wait to be seen for things like referrals or just questions etc. I can literally get an appointment with a GP within the same day sometimes and there are so many that if you don't quite mix well with a certain GP you can book with someone else the next time. There are some really wonderful GPs here and I have had more help from this service than I have ever received previously. I hope you extend your clinics nationwide because I will truly miss this service when I move away from down south. Truly thank you for all you have done for me!

Was signposted to Babylon as couldn't get a GP appointment with my own surgery. Signed up and booked a Babylon appointment. At that appointment was told I would need to see a GP face to face and they would contact my own surgery to request an appointment. Got a SMS 3 days later from my surgery telling me to call after 8.30am to request an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous as this is right back to square one and exactly how I came to Babylon as had been caller 27 in a queue one morning and had to go to work. I wasted time signing up to Babylon and in my opinion it was RUBBISH.They didn't even prescribe anything to help and I've been told to call my own GP...what was the use of this service then???

Super easy to get an appointment- they prescribe what you need and if needed to do any test in the clinic it’s very fast unlike the local GP. Been very happy with their availability so far!

We have had a good experience so far. They are a lot better than your regular local GP. Lucky to get an appointment if you call at 8 am. If no appointments call the next day. All nonsense. No nonsense with GP at Hand, everything is in the app & face to face appointments also available following video/phone consultation. Don't understand the poor reviews.

So many of these reviews are giving incomplete or inaccurate information. I have two major disabilities and have been a full time wheelchair user for 20 years. At my previous GP my gp would come out to do my medication review every 18 months and I'd never see them again until the next time. I felt i had nowehre to turn when thngs came up. The standard of care I hve recieved at Babylon has been exceptional. I have one GP assigned to me that I can see upo request as can anyone. With my disabilities I am the kind of patient who wil find it hard to get a GP to either take me on or fulfill my needs. Babylon has worked for me. I reorder my medication every month using the app and it is rare their are any issues. If there is it is normally at the pharmacy not Babylon. Once ordered I keep checking the app to keep updated as to the status and when to expect delivery. People with serious health conditions since the pandemic are unable to get appts to see their GP. I can normally get same day video appt and in most cases you do not need to physically visit a doctors so a video consult works just as well. If you are vulnerable to the virus it is also safer.

I echo the reviews saying that customer services are extremely rude, they are and very unnecessarily. The man I spoke to was so disinterested and impatient and so rude that he hung up without saying goodbye for absolutely no reason.
