Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the young receptionist. Every time I ring for an appointment or prescription I know it’s her just by her can’t be bothered aggy attitude. If you don’t like your job get a new one.

I’d give no stars if it was an option. After entering reception. You Can’t forward book an appointment. Can only get an appointment if you phone at 8am each morning & see if your lucky. I’m in work then & can’t access a phone. So impossible to be able to phone to get an appointment. Received a letter to get fasting bloods taken. Take a day off work. Collect the blood form from reception & go upstairs. To be told you can’t get a ticket & wait anymore, you have to book an appointment online. No appointments available despite the woman coming out & complaining re the no shows. I can’t take any more days holiday, so blood form is now in the bin as I work every morning during the opening times. The service & systems in place are dreadful & a total barrier to help for anyone that works.

Easily the best GP practice i have been a patient off. Very easy to get an appointment and every single doctor i have seen at this surgery have been polite, friendly and listened to any illnesses/issues me and my children have had and taken seriously.

One of, if not the worst doctors surgery I've have ever been with. Be wary of the rude receptionist desk. There is maybe 1 receptionist that has manners but the rest don't seem to care at all. My main geipe is that I have not been anble to make appointments for 3 weeks now and they won't answer the phone! I've been ringing everyday from 7.50 until 10 and I just get the 'I'm sorry but this surgery is now closed, please ring back between 8AM and 4PM'. The worst part is that they will only accept booking appointments over the phone at 8am... but they don't turn the phones on. So how am I supposed to book? Dr Apiahpoku is an empathic and an amazing doctor, but she is the only worthwhile gp there and very hard to get in touch with in general. I wish you the best in sorting out the surgery, but I think I will be moving GPS as this has been a problem the entire time I have been registered since 2017.

Moved area a few years ago, was afraid to move doctors, I had great GP's beforehand. I have had (as have my family) the best treatment from this surgery. Highly recommend!

Patient access site ( supposedly making it simple for you to independently book an appointment and a repeat prescription) is a mess! I registered a very long time ago & have my details saved in my phone. Initially it worked a couple of times. Now every single time I attempt to log in it says I have had 3 attempts with the wrong info and been locked out again! Even. though I have only tried once! So I check my info at the desk, and again they verify it again, and again I try. Only to be met with the same message of decline! Very frustrating as if you don't camp out from 7am to get and emergency appointment or call bang on 8am there's nothing left for the day. You can't book in advance anymore! It's ridiculous!
