I’ve used this surgery for years and cannot stress enough how terribly it has depreciated! The young Reception staff that answer calls are rude and offer no desire to help, they usually always try to push you to go to A&E or out of hours doctors even if it’s your go your need! You’re lucky if you can book an appointment within 3 weeks time, dismissive to patients, not transparent, delays in receiving test results back, delays in referrals, phone lines are barely reachable! It’s a shame we have to rely so heavily on their support - I would never attempt to book an appointment for the sake of it, I only book if I really need it and yet time and time again I’ve been let down by this surgery and it has caused me grief, discomfort and worsened health conditions! I’ve been hospitalised due to delays in aid, treatment and being dismissed with only paracetamol to cure a severe infection, 8 month delays in test results dispute their urgency and being received by the surgery - I was constantly dismissed told if the surgery needed to call me they would, receptionists advising me on the phone that my results are clear when they certainly weren’t! The only doctor that kept this surgery going was Dr Khana - unfortunately he has now retired which leaves little hope for the future of this surgery.

If I could give no stars I would. One of the worst surgeries to get an appointment. I was on your phone for 50mins trying to get through to them. I’d either get a busy tone or get through and then the phone goes dead, when I get through they have no appointments. They say they have up dated their phone system what a joke I called them 197 times. All they say it if you want an appointment call 111 or the hub. Next time I won’t waste my time and just call the hub……
