Dr Chowdhury & colleagues fantastic. Problem is patient access app. It will let you log in, but when linking to GP practice it says it has already been done. I have gone around in circles with this app for a year now. I have been to surgery twice for link password & have been given exactly the same password as the original & it doesn't work. System is flawed. This app could cost someone their life. The app is an absolute disgrace. If the Covid app is managed by the same company who created patient access, we don't stand a chance.
