After leaving their local area, I was initially informed that I could remain on their books, but recently they have changed their Ming, now I need my medical records due to a car accident I asked if they could provide me with a copy, weeks later after no response I called to check on the progress of said documents, I was told that as I’m no longer on the books that I can’t have them until I register with another doctors, they could have informed me of this process weeks ago, by email or text or a thirty second phone call, but they chose to do nothing at all, well done to the office staff 👏 not

One of the best doctors I have been with. Dr. Sohki in particular, she has been amazing and very helpful, cant say much about the other doctors as they haven't been much help to me. Air mid app really easy to use and I always get an appointment when I need one. Really good.

Absolutely ridiculous. Can never get a appointment for the doctor to see your child, Meant to be referred to dermatologist & still nothing months and months later, the little one is still waiting. I end up having to go to the hospital each time as problems end up becoming serious. From days and days ringing dead on 8 to be called back hour later with we havnt got anythiny. Being sent to walk ins everytime you try . When your child has autism and doesn't like change/unfamiliar places being sent to other places other than your own doctors is a joke. 35plus years been here, We never abuse the doctors and only ask for appointments for serious things. It used to be good but now it's just getting worse and worse. Expecially for poor children needing help

8 years going back and forth trying to get referral for autism assessment, being told "you don't look autistic", "you're talking so I can tell you don't have autism" etc, all the usual misconceptions. Finally got Autism West Midlands involved who mentioned legal action for not following the NICE guidelines. Then was referred and finally got my diagnosis at the age of 38. Locum laughed in my face when I told him my diagnosis and said "everyone's a bit autistic". Arora failed to spot autism for 20+ years, didn't even hear me speak until my 30's, just kept being told I'm shy, to go out and get a hobby and stop focusing on myself, tried me on various antidepressants for years, which obviously don't treat autism, did more harm than good. I made an official complaint to NHS England, and Arora lied in his response, claimed I mentioned autism once and he instantly referred me, and claimed I was only accompanied to one appointment, ignoring the 20+ years of having someone with me talking on my behalf. Arora and locums seriously need basic autism awareness training, because lives are being ruined due to their ignorance.

Called at 8am sharp few times as mentioned on the instruction for booking. Waited for 50mins, the staff finally picked up and said it was full already and told me I can fill in an online form on Airmid. I filled in an online form on Airmid and no one has contacted me for a week. There is also no online booking service on Airmid too. I don't know why they have to make booking an appointment so difficult and impossible. But if you can luckily book an appointment there, the doctors are very friendly and helpful.

The new system is awful. My husband waited 50 minutes on the phone since 8 a.m. only to be told that there are no appointments. Had a meltdown so they gave him a pointless locum appointment. The locum didn't help and kept referring him back to arora. I mean what's the point? The old system was better for working families. This practice doesn't care abt disable and people with mental health issues.

V bad practice .. you cannot get an appointment.. the staff are rude including the doctors who ring you back … you have to wait 30-49 mins to get through .. best to close the practice down !!!! Time to change GP.
