    The only problem I ever had with this place was the wait on the phone to get an appointment . But I came in today to collect a fit note (which just needs to be printed) I waited half an hour to get it and the lady at the front desk was rude.

    🚨DO NOT GET ILL AT THIS SURGERY🚨 No appointments for telephone or in person consultation for TWO WEEKS. Told to phone at 8am for on the day appointments, 18 in queue at 8am. Answered 15 minutes later - no appointments. Go into surgery in the evenings, not a single person waiting in reception. Called reception for update for results on kidney ultra sound told sorry no results have been sent. Call hospital and told results were sent ON THE DAY of the scan. Call doctors back different receptionist tells me, results are in but no appointments for further referral for TWO WEEKS. I have, what could be a potentially serious condition. No care, no attention, disorganised, very, very bad.

    I rang the surgery using two mobiles. I was number 9 in the queue it took under 11 minutes to answer 8 calls. I was told I was number in the queue 33 minutes later the call was answered to be told no appointments available. My other phone kept ringing and ringing saying your number 8 in the queue 47 minutes later reception answered I said good morning and hung up. What is the point of your callback service !!!...TIME TO GET IT RIGHT

    My family has registered with the surgery about 6 months ago not even once we have had an appointment, long waited telephone queue from 8am then the receptionist says go to A&E or 111 absolutely disgusted with there service. My husband is diabetic not even once he’s seen the doctor or got his medicine and keep cancelling his annual diabetic appointment 6 times. I keep ringing them they always have excuses. I’ve had to take my under 3 yrs to hospital out of Coventry because they have no appointments. As a parent the last thing is the GP. I will raise a complaint to the local authorities. Don’t treat people like this because they deserve better care from their GP. I spoke to the receptionist that I want to speak to the practice manager he’s not there it’s has happened a few times.Myself or my family has never experienced this out of Coventry we are just shocked is this how they treat you as a patient.

    Awful service, you can't walk in for appointment, they will ask you call at 8am for an appointment, I dailed the number at exactly 8am stayed on the line for 30mins only to be told there is no appointment left, they always prefer you go to a walk in centre, A&E or call 111, which is ridiculous. How can you be registered with a gp and never gets to see him for minor health problems? It is a waste to be registered at this center. And I wish there is something less than a 1 star rating. THIS CENTRE NEEDS AN IMPROVEMENT.

    Absolutely APPALLING service. Certain receptionist was rude & unhelpful. Spent over an hour on the phone from 8am to be told no appointments and might be able to ring later on in the day. Was told on 2 separate occasions, one for abdominal pain & second for a kidney infection I was told I needed to go to A&E. They offload all their patients to A&E & don’t care about their patients. When just a simple appointment with a doctor to be examined & given medication is all that needed to be done. Needs to be reported for how unprofessional & uncaring this practice is.
