  I've had nothing but terrible experience with these doctors for the past 15+ years and certainly not happy. I can't fault some of the nurses there and the main doctor that I'm registered to to see. But unfortunately I never get to see him anymore, and given a doctor who is absolutely rude and seems to have 0 care for his patients. I've been misdiagnosed multiple times. Test results going missing. And generally treated horribly to the point of being told that it's all in my head, and lumped with antidepressants that don't work for me. There is 0 communication between doctor and patient, to which I'm always left in the dark on what's going on, only to find out 9/10 that I've been discharged. Referrals or follow-up appointments I've been needing are either not done or refused. I've currently been stripped off my meds for my mental health and given no help or alternatives afterwards, along with being discharged from any further help. Also phoning for an appointment is impossible.

  Tried to book telephone appointment, they confirmed it was telephone appointment but I didnt get the call at the appointment time. I called and they said it was face to face, so I rebooked for a week later. I confirmed 5 times it was telephone call. On the day of appointment I called again to confirm, but a rude unsympathetic man said they only do face to face appointment. He wouldn't let the dr call me and closed the phone on my face. I was absolutely shocked by this service, never experienced anything this bad before in my life.

  All rude staff, doctors aren’t interested in helping, may aswell leave the door open on how quick they push you out. Once my referral is through I can’t wait to leave this surgery. Receptionist asked me why I kept ringing (older one) because I needed medication I called them once spoke to the other receptionist (young girl who is nice) who told me to call back so she probably felt stupid after I told her.

  Dr poolo was an amazing Dr. and Dr. Vinod is really good too, however I am not so happy with reception staff. I'm not sure if it's reception themselves or if it's thw doctor who is not only taking more than 2 weeks with a letter that I have requested, but they aren't even providing me with an email to say when the letter will be coming? Or that there is a delay. I will be terminated by my employer if I cannot get this letter I have been verbally telling them the doctor said: "tomorrow" or "Tuesday" which is now making me look irresponsible infront of them. Unfortunately we live in a modern century where officials don't agree to word of mouth and need written confirmations even if it is a delay. I have now time until Monday 5PM before business hours however.. Old reception staff was better. I'm glad Mr. Raj is still around. New lady at reception is rude, not apologetic and not very friendly. The girl is very young and needs more training. The care at the surgery very good, but now that things are changing and Dr. Poolo is leaving I think it's getting messy.

  If I could give 0 I was giving 0. We just moved with family in the area and we decided to register to this GP, the lady that is sitting at the reception is very RUDE. She gave me all forms that I have to complete to be registered and she said that I have to bring copies of passports and proof of address. When we attend will all documents and forms completed she said that she needs printed our settlement status proof, by saying all of this she was completely rude and uninterested to register us or to help us. I don’t understand how so incompetent people are working on the reception desk. They don’t care of the time that you are loosing that you are coming with the kid on rainy and cold day. People avoid this GP don’t lose your time. Here inside the building are 2 GP practice so we just decided to go with another one straight away.

  Absolutely appalling service. Had to call the police to the surgery due to DR poolos abusive conduct in which I have on video as I had to record for my safety after previous interactions with this awful human being. After seeing the evidence the police advised me to seek advice as they believed I had a claim for medical negligence as they said they have a duty of care like themselves and what I was going through was completely unacceptable and apologised on their behalf. I’ve been through hell and back over the past 6 years. Nobody should be treated this way so I advise everyone looking for a doctor in this area to steer clear as you will certainly not get the medical attention required which like myself could cause your condition to deteriorate

  Disappointing healthcare support, especially with a newborn baby. Had our 8 week check and the receptionist did not even book this in for both myself (mother) and baby. When seeing the nurse she had to call Dr Poolo to do the examination which was rushed. I was unable to ask any questions about concerns I had for my baby, but when asking one simple question Dr Poolo said to go to A&E or call the health visitor. Very negative attitude especially when you expect your GP to support you. It feels all staff members are not happy with their jobs and I would expect them to be passionate about what they do and care for their patients. Definitely not a positive experience at this GP. Dr Poolo even said to me if I am not happy then change GP or just make a complaint in an aggressive mannerism.

  I was part of 5 elms and that was one of the worst doctors surgeries ever. Since joining the staff have been nothing but fantastic very easy to deal with. I've had a few cancelled appointments but that's been due to the polio outbreak so my baby's appointments been pushed back but otherwise it's been amazing

  Sadly have to say that the man at the front desk is very difficult to speak with , never have smile on his face always looks like he is there for punishment , hardly know what is going on , never give clear information and treat like an air . I feel much more worse then my actual feeling when I go there to see him . I really miss the 2 lovely lady's who worked there before pandemic . I can understand NHS is busy but it would be nice to have a feeling of someone care and have sympathy when you need a help , this is not free care, we have to pay a lot for it .

  I have been with this surgery for 21yrs. The doctors here are very caring and always do their best for me. This is definitely hands down the best doctor I've had and I have been registered with a few due to moving. This medical centre undertakes minor surgery and also has a ear nose throat clinic. I recently had an issue with bleeding and at my age shouldn't happen. My GP put me in tablets which initially seemed to work after a few weeks I started bleeding heavily. I called the surgery for an emergency appointment which was given to me under the circumstances and immediately my GP seemed to know there was something wrong. My GP had already sent me to the hospital for tests, he turned around and said to me that he was sending me back to be retested as there is clearly something that needs checking. Thank goodness for a GP who is thorough as I had growths and left could of turned cancerous.
