ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! You don't even look after your patients! You told the NHS that you had seen my great grandmother on a Tuesday morning that I know for a fact that you had NOT. You don't even do a real check-up on your patients! You came over looked at my great grandmother and then walked back out without so much as checking vitals or other things that a check-up requires. You also said that she was perfectly fine when she was wheezing and coughing---the ambulance came around and said a completely different story---She has a chest infection and they can't drain her lung because she is too frail!! And this could have DEFINITELY been prevented if you actually did the job that you went through school to do! How many other people have you done this to?! The NHS gave you the details of my great grandmother when she left the hospital yesterday and when they came around they said that you told them that you hadn't received ANYTHING. YES YOU HAD!! The nurse who sent you the details HAD sent you the details!! "Her family won't always be there" I heard one of the carers say to you on the phone as they were leaving! Would you like to explain this??? Not to mention as soon as one of them walked in, the camera light on their phone went off. And that cannot be done by accident on the phone that they had! Would you also like to explain this??
