Finally tried the tik tok viral dr patty! Perfect smash burgers! Not smashed too thin that its dry and meatless, smashed just perfectly to still have its on point crispyness, crust and still a juicy burger! Customer service is on point, they make you feel welcome and looked after, meeting dr patty himself is just a bonus! Definitely a must if you’re visiting Birmingham!

terrible customer service. today i phone ordered just 2 burgers and loaded fries for collection. caller sounded half asleep. they said 10 min wait time but i was outside waiting for 45 mins after i called for them to finally bring the food without any sauces or my drink. the area is quite ghetto. took them another 5 mins to get the sauces and drink. insane waste of time. the food did taste nice enough but definitely overpriced and the experience ruined. 2 smash burgers and loaded fries with drink came up to £30 which would be £20 max anywhere else. fries alone for £8.50 was nowhere near enough in portion size. ridiculous experience, used to be a lot better at the old location. won’t come again. even all the uber delivery drivers were getting impatient waiting outside for orders. there’s no seating or reception, just a window for collections, don’t waste your time go somewhere else.
