Don’t get me wrong I like my doctor she’s amazing but the doctors as whole has gone so down hill I can never get an appointment they always tell you to ring at 8:15 am but can never through and when you do they always say sorry there’s no appointments it’s just back and forth.

For the past six months or so I’ve been having trouble getting my medication through a repeat prescription with the pharmacy saying it was the surgeries fault and the surgery saying it was the pharmacys fault yesterday I spoke with a female on reception and explained I had mistakenly asked for medication that I still had but needed the pain relief medication I was told that she would put the request through to the doctor and it should be sent to the pharmacy that night on phoning the pharmacy the next day they had received nothing from the doctor so I called the surgery and spoke with a male who informed me that nothing had been done about my request for pain relief medication and asked if I knew the name of the female who was meant to have dealt with my request but unfortunately I didn’t get her name but at least now I know that it’s a female at the surgery reception that is messing with my prescription requests and not the pharmacy who’s service I left believing that it was someone there messing around with my medication orders thought that all should know what is going on at the surgery in case others are suffering from the same thing

Phoned for an evening appointment because I work, was told there were no evening appointments for two weeks! Had the morning off work to try and book an appointment. Whilst standing in the queue I watched a lady book an appointment at 4pm! They lied!!
