    7 months ago i sent off my medical documents for the royal navy, the surgery recieved them on the 21st of June. Ive been in contact every 2 days chasing up these documents as i need them to finish my recruitment process for the forces. Everytime i phone up ive been told "its at the top of our priority we'll sort it tomorrow" ive been hearing this for the past 2 months, then approximately 3 weeks ago i was told the documents had been sent off. Then to hear a week ago that they werent sent off and in fact lost. So i was lied too first off all which is terrible, this surgery is holding back my career and stopping me from moving forward with my recruitment. Ive phoned up again today to be told to call back on monday! Ive had the navy medical company try and get the surgery to sort it and they're still not doing anything about it. Absolute joke.

    Called first thing, got straight through. I was told that a nurse would call me back sometime later this morning. By 8:30 I’d had a call back from a kind and sympathetic member of staff. They then assured me that a prescription would be sent over to the chemist immediately. I went and picked it up and by 10 had the medication I needed. I was really impressed with the service I received, thank you
